Abstract

Participating governments that have accepted the Agreement to Promote Compliance with International Conservation and Management Measures by Fishing Vessels on the High Seas (The Compliance Agreement), in the Americas as of July 2018. The Compliance Agreement was adopted in Rome on 24 November 1993 and entered into force on 24 April 2003, in accordance with Article XI.
