Parties that have ratified/acceded the Protocol of the Cartagena Convention concerning Cooperation and Development in Combating Oil Spills (Oil Spills Protocol) as of June 2019. The Oil Spills Protocol was adopted concurrently with the Cartagena Convention in 1983 and entered into force on 11 October 1986.
